Juba, South Sudan – October 18, 2024 – Zain South Sudan, the leading telecommunications company in the country, has announced adjustments to its tariffs and pricing for products and services. This change aligns with a new regulated exchange rate that governs the pricing of all telecommunications tariffs in South Sudan.

The new exchange rate was developed through a collaborative effort involving Zain South Sudan, other telecommunications companies, the Bank of South Sudan, and the National Communication Authority. This regulatory change took effect on October 18, 2024, and Zain South Sudan is now implementing the updated tariff structure for its voice, data, SMS, and other offerings nationwide. Customers can expect to see these changes reflected in their bills and pricing starting from this date.
