Juba, South Sudan – 26 June 2026 Zain South Sudan informs its valued customers that the National Communications Authority (NCA) has approved a phased Telecommunications Tariff Exchange Rate Adjustment to support the sustainability of telecommunications services amid rising operational costs and changing economic conditions.

This adjustment is not a tariff increase. The underlying telecommunications tariffs remain unchanged, with the adjustment only aligning the exchange rate to current market conditions to ensure continued investment in network infrastructure and reliable service delivery.

We thank our customers for their understanding, patience, and continued trust. These measures are essential to maintaining and improving the quality of our network, ensuring dependable connectivity for customers across South Sudan.
